A local court Friday adjourned
till February 14 hearing of all five complaints against Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and some his family members, including his son-in-law, over allegations of corruption.
Karnataka CM B S Yeddyurappa is not likely to initiate any legal action
against former PM H D Deve Gowda for using
unparliamentary language against him but the state unit of BJP
has threatened to file a suit against him.
Dismissing as rumour mongering
the opposition claims about instability in the Karnataka
government, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa on Sunday said his
government would complete its tenure.
Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa
on Monday made no secret of his pain in accepting the resignation
of his "protege" and Rural Development and Panchayat Raj
Minister Shobha Karandlaje.
