A petition filed by Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, seeking direction to the CBI for producing before the trial court the report of their narco tests conducted during investigation into the murder of their daughter Aarushi.
Putting a question mark on the earlier theory that noises in Aarushi`s room could not be overheard in the adjoining room of her parents as they were separated by a brick wall, CBI on Thursday said there was a hollow portion in it.
CBI investigating officer on Wednesday said the forensic reports stated that there were faded blood stains on the wall above the murdered teenager`s bed which he interpreted to have been removed by someone.
An official of the Gujarat Forensic Science University (GFSU) on Tuesday told the special CBI court hearing Aarushi-Hemraj murder case that the crime was possibly committed using a golf club and surgical knife.
Stating that they would not rest till the real killers of their daughter Aarushi were caught, Rajesh and Nupur Talwar said Thursday they were "deeply disappointed" with the Supreme Court for rejecting their review plea.
