Libyan PM Abdurrahim El-Keib told a meeting in London that the current interim government`s main aim was to "make sure that security and stability are ensured."
PM Abdurrahim el-Keib said he and his ministers were upbeat about leading Libya toward elections by next June.
The demonstration was led by members of the Benghazi-based Awagi and Maghariba tribes, who were angry their representatives were not in key posts.
Abdurrahim El-Keib hopes to rally the disparate groups which toppled Muammar Gaddafi behind a democratic peace.
