A petitioner in a PIL filed in the Bombay High Court that seeks to prosecute Ashok Chavan in Adarsh housing society scam, today alleged that four "heavyweights" had not been arraigned by the CBI as accused.
The CBI Monday told the special court here that the application filed by an activist seeking registration of FIR against former Maharashtra Chief Minister Shivajirao Patil-Nilangekar in the Adarsh Society case should be rejected.
