Observing that Navy is prepared to tackle 26/11-type attack from outfits such as LeT, Admiral Nirmal Verma on Tuesday said the "core concern" of the maritime force was about the coalescing of state and non-state actors.

Dismissing China`s anti-ship missile programme as a threat to Indian warships, Navy chief Admiral Nirmal Verma on Wednesday said it would be a difficult task to even spot the vessels in the vast expanse of high seas.

Verma on Friday said that responsibilities of the Indian Navy has
increased post 26/11 terror attacks and suggested to bring all
coastal vigilance agencies "under a single security magnet."
