Tibetan prime minister-in-exile Lobsang Sangay Tuesday greeted People`s Democratic Party (PDP) president Tshering Tobgay on his party`s victory in the Bhutan elections.
India has provided 1,935 electronic voting machines to Bhutan for the country`s second national elections to be held on Saturday.
Elections for Bhutan`s lower house, the National Assembly, will take place July 13, the authorities said.
