With Cyclone Hudhud likely to make its landfall in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh on October 12, people of Ganjam district in southern Odisha are haunted by the memories of devastation caused by Cyclone Phailin a year ago.
Congress on Wednesday accused the ruling BJD MLAs and corporators of misappropriating relief materials meant for victims of `Cyclone Phailin`, but Speaker Pradip Amat rejected the Opposition demand for an adjournment motion on the issue in Odisha Assembly.
