A court here on Tuesday summoned a joint commissioner of Delhi Police observing that forensic reports have not been filed yet in the maid torture-and-death case against former parliamentarian Dhananjay Singh and his wife Jagriti Singh.
A court extended till August 18 the interim bail granted to former BSP MP Dhananjay Singh, accused in a rape case. However, he will remain in jail as another court sent him to judicial custody in the maid torture case.
