A PIL was on Tuesday filed in the Delhi High Court seeking compensation on behalf of three victims of the blast in the High Court premises saying they have not received the the amount awarded to them even three years after the incident.
JJB sentenced the lone minor convict in the September 2011 Delhi High Court blast case, in which 15 people were killed and 79 others were injured, to a three-year term at a special home.
A special NIA court has dismissed the bail plea of Amir Abbas Dev, a co-accused-turned-approver in the September 2011 Delhi High Court blast case in which the lone arrested accused is facing trial.
National Investigating Agency on Tuesday issued public notices
about the accused along with their photographs and announced a
Rs 10-lakh reward to anyone giving information about them.
Two others arrested in the same connection, Abid Hussain and Aamir from Kishtwar, are still in NIA custody in Delhi.
