Strong tremors rocked large parts of north India, including the national capital and its adjoining areas, Tuesday evening following a massive 7.8 magnitude earthquake on the Pakistan-Iran border.
An earthquake of moderate intensity today rocked the entire north eastern region, but there was no report of any injury to people or damage to property.
A strong earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale shook Northeast India, Nepal and Bangladesh on Sunday evening, killing at least 16 people and causing extensive damage to several buildings.
