help Indian security forces in `find and fix` anti-Naxal
operations in dense forests and difficult terrains.

on Wednesday said that Indian armed forces were "competent" to carry
out an operation similar to the one conducted by the US in
Pakistan against al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden.
With intelligence agencies warning terrorist attacks on military installations in Jammu and Kashmir, Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor on Tuesday said security forces are "capable and confident" of taking on such threats.
