Syed Mohammad Kazmi, an accused in the Israeli diplomat attack case on Wednesday approached the Supreme Court seeking transfer of his case to another court alleging the judge was biased against him.
The judicial custody of journalist Syed Mohammad Ahmed Kazmi, charge-sheeted in the Israeli diplomat attack case, was extended till August 9.
The Delhi Police filed a charge sheet in a local court, indicting Indian journalist Syed Mohammad Kazmi of conspiring with foreign elements and others for the terror strike.
Kazmi had moved the sessions court against an order of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) allowing Delhi police the extension of period of investigation from 90 days to 180 days.
