A former top police official who probed the ISRO espionage case will file an appeal in the Kerala High Court after it quashed the state government's order to drop charges against him.
Kerala government on Friday said it would not take disciplinary action against the three police officers who initiated the ISRO spy case.
Former ISRO Chairman G Madhavan Nair Monday alleged that the ISRO spy case in 1994 was an attempt to destroy the organisation and scientist Nambi Narayanan was the scapegoat in the episode.
Cong leader K Muraleedharan said he would prove the "innocence" of his late father K Karunakaran, who was removed as CM in espionage scandal in 1995.
