The Jharkhand High Court on Friday reserved its verdict on former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad's petition pleading to quash a fodder scam case on the ground that he had been already convicted in a related case earlier.
The Jharkhand High Court on Thursday rejected the bail petition of former Bihar chief minister and RJD chief Lalu Prasad, who has completed one month in Birsa Munda Central Jail here in connection with the fodder scam.
Admitting the appeal of RJD chief Lalu Prasad against the special CBI court`s verdict in the fodder scam, the Jharkhand High Court on Friday directed placing before it all records of the lower court pertaining to the case.
