BJP leaders, charge-sheeted in the 2008 cash-for-vote scam case in which Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh is accused, alleged that Delhi police "miserably failed" in conducting any further probe into case.
Oral plea by a witness to cancel the bail of Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh, an accused in the 2008 cash-for-vote scam case, because he was being threatened was rejected on Tuesday by a Delhi court.
The Delhi High court said Suhail Hindustani has
played "an active role" in the case from beginning to end.
