China aims to train astronauts from other countries who will conduct missions with their Chinese counterparts, state news agency Xinhua cited a senior official as saying on Monday.
China today said it launch new generation rockets with capacity to carry large payloads to its planned space station which will be ready by 2020.
China plans to launch another manned spacecraft including a woman astronaut on board in June next year for a fortnight-long mission to conduct experiments in space station being built to rival Russian Mir station.
China has put off its plan to send a manned mission this year to experiment space rendezvous and docking mission.
Spokeswoman for the programme Wu Ping said Shenzhou-9 and Shenzhou-10 spaceships will be launched in 2012.
