The Delhi High Court on Friday issued fresh non-bailable warrant (NBW) against a murder accused who had jumped bail and allegedly connived with his family members to show an unidentified body as his own to get him declared dead by the Uttar Pradesh police.
A court here today issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray for not appearing before it in connection with a case relating to his alleged inflammatory speech against the people of Bihar.
In a breather to MNS chief Raj Thackeray, the Delhi High Court today said its earlier order staying the issuance of non-bailable warrants (NBWs) will continue till August 11 in cases lodged against him for allegedly making anti-Bihari statements.
