Price of non-subsidised LPG hiked by Rs 61.5 per cylinder

Jet fuel or ATF price was cut on Tuesday by a marginal 1.2 percent, the third reduction in as many months, while rate of non-subsidised cooking gas (LPG) was hiked by Rs 61.50 a cylinder due to global cues.

ATF or jet fuel price was Thursday hiked by 5.5 percent on global trends while rates of non-subsidised cooking gas LPG were cut by Rs 42 per cylinder.

 

Non-subsidised LPG rate cut by Rs 5; ATF to cost more

The reduction comes on the back of two successive hikes - Rs 5 on March 1 and Rs 11 on April 1.

Price of non-subsidised cooking gas (LPG) was Tuesday cut by Rs 21 per cylinder and that of jet fuel (ATF) by a steep 3 percent on the back of falling international oil rates.

The 14.2-kg cooking gas cylinder that consumers buy beyond their entitled nine bottles at subsidised rates, will now cost Rs 1,241, up from Rs 1,021 in Delhi.
