The Calcutta High Court, in an interim order, on Thursday allowed mother Sagarika Bhattacharya to take custody of her two children, who were entrusted to the care of their uncle by a Norway court.
Norway on Tuesday expressed satisfaction over settlement of the custody row involving two NRI children.
The court gave the custody of Abhigyan (3) and Aishwarya (1) to their uncle Arunabhash Bhattacharya.
Norwegian Child Welfare Service submitting in a court that it was in the best interest of the kids to return to their home country.
