The Bombay High Court today slammed Maharashtra government for not complying with its earlier orders on the issue of bogus ration cards and warned that it was giving one more chance to the state to follow directives or face contempt action.
The Madras HC bench has warned officials and individuals against disobeying its orders and said "there would be end of the rule of law" if any leniency or indulgence is shown in favour of persons who violated court orders.
Delhi Police on Friday told a city
court that it has lodged a criminal case against some of its
senior officials on a complaint by a suspended inspector that he
