Four pacts are expected to be inked between India and Afghanistan, including one in the mining field during the visit of Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
Both countries stressed their commitment to stepping up cooperation in investigation of mutually relevant criminal cases.
After signing agreements with 48
countries, India will shortly ink pacts with 42 more nations
to bring back black money stashed abroad.
India can now sign treaties with
five more countries in its pursuit to bring back black money.
India and Russia inked 30 pacts in several key areas such as civil nuclear cooperation and defence, including development of FGFA to augment country`s military capabilities.
The Indian Air Force on Friday
said that its operational capabilities will remain unaffected
in case government did not enter into certain military pacts
with the US.
