IOC opposes move to declare its pipeline as common carrier

S Krishnan, PNGRB Chairman, on Saturday said the guidelines are expected to be ready in 12 weeks after which opinion from public and other stakeholders will be invited. After this, the final norms will be issued by PNGRB.
