BJP president Rajnath Singh on Sunday hit out at the government saying "increasing corruption" and price rise will "sink" the UPA and its continuance at the Centre was just a matter of days.
Indicating a stormy budget
session of the state Assembly, Delhi BJP on Saturday said they will
strongly raise the issue of price rise and hike in prices of
petrol and diesel in the floor of the house.
CPI-M Sunday urged the central government to immediately abolish futures trading of essentials, citing hoarding of food grain by multinational companies for such business as one of the major reasons for spiralling prices.
The government has attributed the skyrocketing prices of pulses to less production and supply and said there is a "little serious problem".
