French police on Tuesday arrested a 48-year-old man as part of their investigation into the 2012 murders of a British-Iraqi family and a cyclist in the Alps, the local prosecutor said.
French detectives have said they are keeping an open mind about the motive for the murders.
Investigations into the murder of British engineer Saad al-Hilli, his wife, mother-in-law, and a passing cyclist have led to a mystery man in Pak.
The brother of Iraqi-born businessman Saad al-Hilli, who was shot dead in the French Alps, has denied dispute over “financial matters” in the family.
