The Bombay High Court on Wednesday allowed Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, a prime accused in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case, to convert her bail petition into an appeal in keeping with an apex court order.

Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, currently lodged in a Mumbai jail,
is likely to be produced before a local court on March 30 in
connection with the murder of RSS pracharak Sunil Joshi.
The Delhi HC Monday sought replies from the Union govt and the NIA on a petition filed by Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Thakur`s brother Ananth Brahmachari accusing the agency of torturing and illegally detaining him.
