SEBI may allow FPIs to invest in unlisted NCDs

With an aim to deepen capital markets, regulator SEBI may consider allowing foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) to invest in unlisted non-convertible debentures and securitised debt instruments in its board meeting on Wednesday.
