Singtel buys US cyber security firm for $810 million

Singapore Telecommunications Ltd agreed to buy U.S.-based cyber-security firm Trustwave for $810 million, in a deal that will expand Southeast Asia`s largest telecommunications operator`s cloud-based services.

CBI registers case against Airtel, Tata, SingTel

CBI has registered a case in a Delhi court against Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tata Communication Ltd and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd for allegedly causing a loss of nearly Rs 48 crore to the government since 2004 by illegally providing international long distance (ILD)services.
