The Union Home Ministry has sanctioned the prosecution of Soofiya Madani, wife of jailed PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani, and all the 13 accused in the 2005 Kalamassery bus burning case, a government order says.
The NIA court here today relaxed
the bail condition of Soofiya Madani, an accused in the
burning of the Tamil Nadu state bus case in 2005, permitting
her to meet her husband and PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani.
The CBI Special Court here on Tuesday dismissed the plea of Soofiya Madani, an accused in the
burning of a Tamil Nadu state bus at nearby Kalamassery on
September 9, 2005, seeking relaxation of her bail condition.

bus burning case, was shifted from Alappuzha Medical College
Hospital to a private hospital here on Thursday night.
The Kerala High Court on Monday declined
to pass an interim order restraining police from arresting
Soofiya Madani, wife of PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani, who
has been listed as an accused in the 2005 bus burning case.
