Opposition PDP, BJP and National Panthers Party (NPP) Thursday staged walkouts from the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly over different issues like discrimination in allotment of development funds to constituencies, rejection of resolution on rehabilitation of refugees from West Pakistan and rising inflation.
