YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, former Andhra Pradesh minister Sabitha Indra Reddy and other accused in quid-pro-quo investments case related to Indu Techzone Pvt Ltd appeared before a special CBI court here today.
V Vijay Sai Reddy, an accused in the case relating to alleged quid-pro-quo investments in the companies of YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, on Wednesday approached a special CBI court here seeking bail.
A special CBI court on Wednesday dismissed the memos filed by the CBI against two former Andhra Pradesh ministers accused in a corruption case involving YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, seeking their judicial custody.
The special CBI court dismissed the bail application of industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad, arrested in connection with the case pertaining to quid-pro-quo deals involving jailed Kadapa MP, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
