About 65 per cent of a project aimed at preventing the pollution of Yamuna river through the laying of interceptor sewers has been completed, Rajya Sabha was informed on Monday.
An NGO has asked the Narendra Modi government to also take up the issue of cleaning Yamuna, saying the mission of cleansing Ganga was incomplete without cleaning Yamuna.
