New Delhi: Another feather has been added to Ekta Kapoor's glorious hat, as her latest web series 'Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain' starring actors Mona Singh and Ronit Roy has become the most-watched Indian web series.

According to a DNA report, the show has attracted massive viewership and fan following days after its release. It has only been two weeks and the week-on-week viewership growth has been a gigantic 300 percent on the app. It has become as popular as ALT Balaji's other shows 'Bose: Dead/ Alive', The Test Case and Dev DD.

The story revolves around a couple Rohit and Poonam who are happily married for over 20 years and have two daughters Bani and Nikki. Their 'happy' world comes crashing down when Poonam and his children discover Rohit's extramarital affair with Ananya Sharma, an interior designer. Ronit divorces his wife and leaves his house to be with his girlfriend Ananya.

However, Rohit is seen in a dilemma. In spite of moving in with his girlfriend, he is unable to let go of his past. Mona Singh plays the guilt-ridden 'other woman' in the series while Gurdeep Kohli plays the helpless wife. However, the daughters in the series emerge as stronger characters as they raise their voice against their dad for cheating on their mother. Every episode is gripping and it leaves you wanting for more. For this series, ALT Balaji has the policy to release three episodes every week, on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Other than 'Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain', ALT Balaji also features 'Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat' starring Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar, which is another most popular web series and Bose: Dead or Alive starring Rajkummar Rao, which has been compared to international shows by the critics.
