Gurmeet Ram Rahim sentencing: Shah Rukh Khan’s reaction won’t be a part of TED Talks?

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan recently completed shooting for the first schedule of his new TV show ‘TED Talks: Nayi Soch’ when news of Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s sentencing broke. And the Bollywood superstar had something to say about it, a report suggests.

According to a report in Mid-Day, Shah Rukh reportedly said, “The director will perhaps not like it as it's not part of the show, but I am happy to say Ram Rahim Singh has been sentenced.”

(However, we can’t verify the authenticity of the report.)

The channel that will broadcast the show may not air the part which shows SRK expressing his view on the self-styled Godman’s sentencing, the report added.

Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insaan was sentenced to 20-year jail term after being convicted in a 15-year-old rape case by a special CBI court Monday.
