Delhi smog: IMA declares public health emergency, advises against stepping out

The air quality in Delhi and NCR got more toxic on Tuesday. Due to smog the visibility early in the morning remained low causing problem in movement of traffic. Public Health Emergency should be declared in Delhi, says IMA. Watch this video for more information.
