Karnataka Floor Test: CM HD Kumaraswamy wins crucial trust vote unanimously

HD Kumaraswamy, Karnataka Chief Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) leader, will face floor test in Vidhana Soudha on Friday, May 25 to prove that the Congress-JD(S) coalition government has a majority in the Assembly. Kumaraswamy took oath as the CM of the state on May 23 after Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) BS Yeddyurappa stepped down from the post on not being able to garner the numbers to prove majority ahead of the floor test on May 19.
