Gang-rape: Sheila blames cops
Even as the brutally gang-raped 23-year-old girl fights for survival, the Delhi Police came under the scanner on Tuesday after Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit wrote to Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde alleging “interference” by senior cops in the investigation and sought a high-level inquiry into it.
