NCTC must be put on hold: Mamata
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee categorically told Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday that the NCTC must be put on hold and not be executed till consultations are on with the Chief Ministers who have raised concerns on the notification.
