Jamali to leave for Saudi Arabia after trust vote
Islamabad, Dec 29: Pakistan prime minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali would leave for a three-day visit to Saudi Arabia tomorrow after vote of confidence in Parliament and discuss issues like Indo-Pak situation, bilateral relations and middle east with the kingdom`s leadership.
Islamabad, Dec 29: Pakistan prime minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali would leave for a three-day visit to Saudi Arabia tomorrow after vote of confidence in Parliament and discuss issues like Indo-Pak situation, bilateral relations and middle east with the kingdom's leadership.
Jamali would be accompanied by the minister for petroleum and resources, Noraiz Shakoor Khan, special assistant to the PM, Brig (Rtd) Mansoor Hamid, advisor to the PM on finance, Shaukat Aziz and other senior officials, an official announcement here said. During his meetings with the royal Saudi leadership, Jamali would review bilateral matters and apprise the Saudi leadership of the latest position in Pakistan-India relations and developments in and around the Middle East and Afghanistan.
Jamali would hold meetings with King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud, Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud as well as other Saudi ministers. He would also visit Mecca to perform "umrah", reports in the official media said. Bureau Report
