New Delhi: Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly been served a notice from the income tax department related to the investments made by him in safe havens.
As per media reports, Khan has been asked to furnish details about his firms in overseas destinations.
The actor has made investments in foreign countries such as Bermuda, British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Dubai.
The notice was sent under Section 131 of the Income -Tax act.
The development comes at a time when I-T department is aggressively issuing notices to people allegedly sitting with undisclosed income.
