London: Animal rights campaigners branded Lady Gaga ‘heartless’, after she was photographed wearing what appears to be a white fox stole around her neck, while walking through Cologne, Germany.
"The picture speaks for itself. PETA is considering passing the hat so that someone can buy her a heart,” a spokesman for the organisation told WENN.
The 26-year-old singer made headlines last month, when she was clicked draped in a pink mink coat in New York, prompting People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) vice president Dan Matthews to issue an angry letter urging her to stop wearing fur.
Gaga defended her stance saying, "You see a carcass, I see a museum piece de resistance.”
