Los Angeles: After embracing her fuller figure Jessica Simpson seems to have taken a U-turn as the singer-actress has been seeking serious help from her fitness trainer to shed some weight. Jessica has been following a tough exercise regime since the last few months to get rid of her extra flab and the man behind her regime is Danny Musico, a former boxer and also a trainer to Jessica`s dad, Joe Simpson. He has also trained celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin Bieber, In touch magazine reported
"She`s getting leaner and told me she went down three dress sizes. She`s pushing herself to new levels. She`ll run for three minutes as fast as she can, then rest for 30 seconds, then box for three minutes and so on," Danny said. Danny is making Jessica, 30, follow a very tight schedule of weights, cardio and boxing and she too loves to work hard to look her best. "It`s a 60-minute, interval-based workout. The best part is the punching - it gets a lot of aggression out," she told the magazine. However, as Jessica is also busy with her clothing line it is getting tough for her to maintain a balance between her work and her exercise regime. "With her clothing line and getting ready for another season of `The Price of Beauty`, it`s hard to find the time. But when she`s at the gym, she always gives 100 per cent," Danny said. PTI
