Rihanna posts picture of her IV drip attached arm

London: R&B star Rihanna sparked fear among her fans after she posted a picture of herself with an intravenous drip attached to her arm.

The 24-year-old singer tweeted the picture on May 9 night, just days after telling fans she was feeling unwell following her performance on US television show `Saturday Night Live`, reported Daily Mirror online. The IV photo was uploaded with no comment or caption after one of her followers asked where she was, as she had been inactive on the social networking website. The image is said to have been taken recently as it shows the same elaborate fingernail design she sported at New York`s Met Gala on Monday night. The `Umbrella` hitmaker had uploaded a similar picture of herself last year after she was hospitalised with severe exhaustion. PTI
