Sanjay gifts a Rs 30 lakh bike to birthday boy Ranbir!

Mumbai: Guess who are the newfound BFF’s in Bollywood? Its actor Sanjay Dutt and Casanova Ranbir Kapoor. Sanjay has been keen to work with Ranbir for a while. But recently he went as far as buying RK junior a Rs 30 lakh bike for his birthday. Apparently, Sanjay wanted to cast Ranbir Kapoor in his father Sunil Dutt’s role in the remake of ‘Mujhe Jeene Do’. He has also expressed his fondness for the junior Kapoor. But it seems Sanju is way too full of love for him, so much so that he gave him a rather swanky birthday present. Ranbir had no such plans to celebrate his birthday but Ashtavinayak the producer of his forthcoming film ‘Rockstar’, threw him a surprise bash. A lot of Bollywood actors graced the surprise birthday party by making it to the night spot in Juhu, where the party was organized. Sanjubaba not only dropped by at the surprise party but also bought him a bike. A source informed a daily, “Ranbir and Sanjay Dutt are neighbours. They both live around the same place in Bandra. Also, Dutt has seen Ranbir grow up. They work out together at the same gym in Dutt`s building Imperial Heights. Though Ranbir has his own trainer, he had always looked up to Sanju.” “When it came to buying a gift for Ranbir, Dutt immediately thought of a bike. Sanju knows how much Ranbir loves bikes,” added the source. When contacted by media, Sanjay Dutt still seemed to be pondering over the gift option. "I am thinking of gifting Ranbir a bike. I don`t know if it`s a good idea or not. But he is a lovely boy and I am very fond of him,” said the man. But a source close to actor, confirmed a tabloid, "Dutt gifted the bike to Ranbir last night. It apparently costs around Rs 30 lakh."
