The hunk of an actor has been creating waves at the Box Office since the beginning of the year. And with his latest, ‘Khiladi 786’ Akshay has proved that he has his niche set of audiences, who are ever ready to watch him sizzle on the silver screen. ‘Khiladi 786’, which has been directed by Ashish R Mohan, has opened to a fantastic response at the Indian Box Office on its opening day. Eros International has reported that the movie has collected over Rs 10 crores net at the Box Office on its first day. Noted trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Khiladi786 collected approx Rs 34.30 cr nett in its opening weekend. Breakup:- Fri 10.40 cr, Sat 11.15 cr, Sun 12.75 cr(sic).” The film which was released in 2,700 screens on December 7, has recorded a fantastic footfall in both single screen theatres as well as in the multiplexes in the morning and the matinee shows across the country. ‘Khiladi 786’ has got thumbs up from viewers across the country, and now a positive word of mouth is expected to take its collection higher over the weekend. Trade experts say that it is likely to find its place among the one hundred crore movie club.
