David Beckham to open pub?

David Beckham is planning to open their own pub in Los Angeles.

London: Footballer David Beckham and telly chef Gordon Ramsay are planning to open their own pub in Los Angeles.

And they might even call it The Queen Vic, after David`s wife Victoria, reports dailystar.co.uk. David and Gordon have been close pals for many years and being regulars on the LA scene, the pair felt it was the best location because a string of expats live in the area. A pal of David, 35, said: "He wants pie and mash, fish and chips and even chicken in a basket on the menu, just like the meals he eats when he’s in the Britain." If this happens, David will follow in the footsteps of Madonna’s ex-husband Guy Ritchie, 41, who owns the Punchbowl Pub in London’s Mayfair. Other A-list celebs, who have their own restaurants, include Britney Spears, 28, Robert De Niro, 66, and Eva Longoria Parker, 35. IANS
