Los Angeles: Hollywood star Brad Pitt is not into drugs anymore, but says he can still get his hands on anything he wants.
The 48-year-old opened up about his former marijuana habit earlier this year, and is no longer suffering the addiction. However, he admits he can arrange any drugs anywhere within 24 hours.
"My drugs days are long since passed but it`s certainly true that I could probably land in any city in any state and get you whatever you wanted. I could find anything you were looking for. Give me 24 hours or so," contactmusic.com quoted Pitt as saying.
The father of six spoke to the audience at a Los Angeles screening for the new hard-hitting documentary "The House I Live In", about the war on drugs, according to the Huffington Post.
"We have spent a trillion dollars. It`s lasted for over 40 years. A lot of people have lost their lives for it. And yet we still talk about it like it`s this success," he said.
Earlier this year, the `Moneyball` star revealed he once used drugs as a way to escape the pressures of fame and this led to his battle with depression.
"I got really sick of myself at the end of the 1990s: I was hiding out from the celebrity thing; I was smoking way too much dope; I was sitting on the couch and just turning into a doughnut; and I really got irritated with myself.
"I used to deal with depression, but I don`t now, not this decade -- maybe last decade. I was doing the same thing every night and numbing myself to sleep -- the same routine: Couldn`t wait to get home and hide out. But that feeling of unease was growing and one night I just said, `This is a waste`," he added.
