New Delhi: The monument that defines India – couldn’t create an indelible impact upon Hollywood celebrity Arnold Schwarzenegger. The actor was in Agra to explore the Taj Mahal, but had to return unsatisfied.
Arnold’s wish of visiting the Taj Mahal was left unfulfilled due to sheer bad luck. The actor was in Delhi for the 12th Delhi Sustainable Development Summit and his visit to Agra happened on a Friday – a day when the Taj remains closed to visitors. Not losing hope, Arnold imbibed the beauty of the monument from the periphery. He was first taken to Dusshera Ghat to enjoy a closer view of the Taj, and thereafter he went to Mehtab Bagh so that he could have a better view of the rear side of the monument.
The actor, who has movie masterpieces like ‘The Terminator’ and ‘Predator’ to his credit, is now thinking of including a shot of ‘The Symbol of Love’ in his future movies. Looks like the Taj Mahal has been able to influence Arnold a lot, even when it was closed!
