Oksana names key witness in Mel Gibson domestic violence case

Washington: Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva has apparently told Sheriff`s deputies that there was another person present the night the actor allegedly assaulted her.

According to sources close to Grigorieva, she said that a man named Tony, who she claims to be a security guard and driver for Mel, was in the house the night of the alleged assault, reports a website. Grigorieva also told investigators she`s positive Tony was at Mel`s Malibu home that night and she believes he saw at least part of the altercation - though she`s unsure how much he actually witnessed.
