Setback for DLF as SC rejects plea, allows penalty payments in installments
The Supreme Court on Friday asked DLF to deposit the balance of a total Rs 630 crore penalty imposed by CCI for allegedly exploiting its dominant position. However, the court allowed the company to pay the remaining amount in installment i.e 75 crore per month.
