Delhi: 5-year-old Tagore Public School student raped; peon arrested

New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a five-year-old girl student was raped inside the premises of Tagore Public School in Gandhi Nagar.

Delhi Police have arrested a peon associated with the school in connection with the rape case.

A case has been registered under POSCO Act.

The latest incident comes a day after, a class II student of Ryan International School was found dead by a school staff in the washroom with his throat slit on Friday.

The boy was allegedly killed by bus conductor Kumar who also allegedly tried to sexually abuse the minor. The accused was arrested hours after the gruesome murder.
